Our worst game of the 4, but glad its out of the way and we got the 2 points.

We shoulda been winning that comfortable.

4&0 with a shitload of upside is a great spot to be.

We won, got 2 points and go 4-0 to start the season but that was fucking terrible.

We could have easily have lost the game in the 78th minute.

The middle was strong but that’s all. Finishing was putrid

They missed Katoa badly. He adds another dimension to their attack. They have looked so fluid these first 3 weeks and without him it fell apart for them.

Very lucky to win that one
First set of the game looked like we were on and parts of the game it looked like we were going to open the flood gates but we blew alot of chances and the dolphins hung on.
The Dolphins are a tough team that compete for everything and we matched them.
A few of our boys didn't have their best games but I was really impressed by Riki tonight he brought alot of aggression.

We have the record for the dolphins biggest loss and sitting clear on top of the table.

To win despite a few of the boys having absolute stinkers is a relief.

Haas and Capes were our best. Carrigan and Cobbo our worst. Fortunately I don't think Patty has another bad game like that in him for a while. Selwyn on the other hand is pretty much the quintessential rocks and diamonds player, so he'll probably do this again in a fortnight.

I genuinley dont think anyone had a real stinker tbf. Payne said exactly what i thought in the interview, we were sloppy.
