3. Hunt - Easily the best player on the field and his defence was even more critical than his attack.
2. Kahu - He was rubbish in attack but he caught every bomb and made a tackle he had no real right to make on Bukuya. In a game where defensive efforts counted for more I thought that made Kahu worthy.
1. Wallace - Made some important tackles and liked what he did in limited minutes. Could have really gone a number of options but in terms of key plays I thought he deserved it.

3. Hodges - Took command when we needed him to and led from the front. Had some great touches and got involved whenever he could. He looks fitter than he has in years

2. Kahu - Responded amazingly to a poor first round with some great takes in the air. Could use some work in finding some gaps from fullback to give Milford and Hunt some room to move.

1. Hunt - His grubber in the second half that led to Feki getting belted by Thaiday was amazing. We need to see more of that from him

Hunt - dominant and in control with good defence
Kahu ... and I thought his running in attack was very good.
Wallace ... I would have gone for Hodges but Wallace really surprised me.

3- Hunt (Easily the best player on the field)
2- Kahu (Great defensive presence, courageous, good running game, came close to a try on 2 occasions)
1- Oates (Good ball carries out of trouble, speed, solid hands... especially the way he didn't spill the beans in his try)

I didn't think anyone was bad, but I will give some honourable mentions to: Hodgo, Wallace, Thaiday, Parker, Moose, Gillett, Kodi and a word of encouragement for Jo Ofa, who I believe is destined for great heights.
