Gee, with zero suspensions, all the refs in our pocket, and sitting well clear at the top of the table I don't think it's tasteful to pull the victim card.

Like to get your view on the call which led to Parramatta's first try.

Even Klein was reluctant to give an answer as to who actually knocked the ball on.

let me guess you thought that knock on call against cobbo who wasn't even allowed to play the ball was legit.
So you're accusing the refs of cheating on the match fixing cartel. On live television. Wow, that's pretty brazen. I would fear for their families if that's true.

My view is the decision of the referee is final.

Haas shouldn’t get any time. Mam’s was the worst of the 3 imo. The closest thing to an actual hip drop.

I think we can still win with Madden at 6 but would struggle without Payne
I mean, Mam looked like he was actually trying to use the ground to drag the player back and not using a grip to lift his own weight, but rather trying to drag the player down. I don't trust the MRC to see the difference, but it was there with maroon specs on.

His first decision or his second, or the third? Because it went like this:
Cobbo breaks a tackle and then gets tackled again by Lane and Brown, he is rolled onto his back where the ref calls "surrender, surrender". Cobbo stands and plays the ball while Lane sticks his foot into the ruck area. Klein calls "Play on. Play the ball" at which time Reynolds picks up the ball. The ref calls "Play on" and the ball is then stripped by Lane and the ref simultaneously blows his whistle before he goes silent and Reynolds turns to the touch judge to ask wtf happened. Reynolds turns immediately around, sticks his finger up and says "Challenge" then asks Klein what happened and Klein says "I called a lost ball" and Reynolds tells him he said "held". Klein replies "Yeah, I know, and he played the ball and he lost it". Reynolds asks "Who lost it? You said 'Play On'". Klein says "Scrums here. let's go". Payne then tries to challenge the decision and is told "Time is up. Captain has to call a challenge and when I was talking to him he didn't say it." Patty and Reynolds reply on the contrary. Play then is forced to continue.

Incompetent or corrupt. Doesn't really matter to the integrity and appearance of the institution.

think klein even called patty out for lying about arey calling for the challenge

Adam Reynolds asking to challenge the decision. Note the direction in which Klein is facing.
He had multiple opportunities to challenge, and didn't. He kept asking questions about what happened until time ran out.

Some of Reynolds calls were strange last night. We kicked for goal when they had 12 men, and then we didn't kick for goal while 10 in front and we only had 12 on the field. Very poor calls.

correct, but I'm trying to cut down on my standard walls of text 😉 @Big Del no likey

If we can beats Souths with Madden at 6 it's time to pencil in at least a minor premiership. I hope Kevvie doesn't do anything fruity, like elevate Smoothy and move Billy to 6.
I was actually thinking the old fruitcake was gonna elevate Mozer and move Billiam to 6

Big game if fully fit to win - would hope none possibly reported get suspended (would be because of the injury not the act if Haas is suspended imo).

- gotta limit the damage on the left edge particularly. Graham in his current form could be a matchup challenge.

-something I swear is off with Reynolds kicking, i don't know if the stats reflect it but every kick on an angle i feel genuinely 50/50 chance he'll get it on, whereas last year or at South's id generally pencil him in for every shot except from a corner try conversion kick.

- IF Haas is in and the forwards work as hard vs Parra well go a long way to winning, need a big game from Patty.

- if Reyno has another good kicking game we could really exploit their weaknesses, especially making Mitchell work for catching the long kick and defending well placed grubbers.

Close one but I think unfortunately the left edge will pose too big a problem, don't think be much in it maybe a converted try.
If there's anyone suspended chuck this out completely.

Badly hope I'm wrong and we smash em but the defense around the centers/wings really worries me and I could see South's having a field day scoring there.

Hopefully the review committee see reason and not just suspending for suspending sake.

This was a really bizarre one ☝🏻 I was thinking the same thing. There isn’t really much difference between 10 or 12, but the fact that we can chew up 1-2 mins with a certain 2 points would’ve been smart I thought

Anthony Seibold may no longer be our coach but the Seibold family shadow still looms large over the Broncos.. I don't want to tip the bucket on anyone but if you're interested, have a listen to the below podcast with Damien Seibold, the brother of our former coach.. As you can probably imagine, it's not exactly Broncos-friendly .. the latest episode (per the picture below) at the 27:50 mark is a good place to start 😃

I don't really want to give him the click, any chance of a TLDW?

Bro there’s a massive difference between 10 and 12, means they need to score 3 times to win instead of 2. Was a baffling decision to overlook taking the 2.
