Francis looks to have elite athleticism with the way he moves .
Also football smarts . And what 18 yr old ? Real good prospect . Which club will he be attached to ?

Bukowski might need to put on some weight in the next cpl of years .
I liked those sneaky little moves behind the markers that he ran a cpl of times that reminded me again of C Smith . A little bit of the old Buderis engage the markers out from dummy half I appreciated too .
I also liked his front on and cover defence .
 
Just as a bit of a marker, Bai played three years of Meninga and 23 games over 23, 24, 25 and then played three NRLQ games and seven Cup games and one Queensland U19 game.

34 games before his NRL debut in Under 18 and Under 19 football and debuted just before his 19th birthday.

Francis has played two Meninga games and 1 NRLQ game.

If Francis followed the Bai pathway- he could play 11 Meninga games this year, 12 next year, Qld U19 next year and NRL debut at 19.

(Fifita even played 15 Meninga games over two years, five Cup games in 2018 before his NRL debut.)

(Coates 12 Meninga games over two years and two Cup games before his NRL debut)

They both played Meninga and NRL in the same year but had played two years of Meninga.

I think for Francis if at the end of the season, he's played 12 Meninga games, another finals win and played six Cup games and coping with fulltime training that would be exactly where Broncos want him. I would be hitting the QRL for clearance to play him at Cup before May if a chance comes up.

I said a few weeks ago I would be shocked if Francis and Verhoeven are not playing NRL within 18 months which would be August next year.

Think it's his big year, third year of Cup will hit 50 games and needs to show that level.

Opportunity to be a real forward leader at Souths. Second year of NRL contract, I look at Souths sucking as a reason for him to go watch me not a reason for him to go I will suck too.

22 in April so let's move.

He said he came out of the tackle clutching at his shoulder/elbow but he wasn't sure what the injury was specifically.

Shoulder becomes more click-baity though... someone hurts their shoulder they could effectively be done for the year as reconstruction requires 3 months rehab.

We basically saw that with Mozer last year... he looked to be Madge's number 9 by the end of preseason, then he pops his shoulder 2 weeks before the season starts and he was basically done.

Yeah , but Mozer has history with that shoulder .
They don`t usually come back on if its major esp not in a trial .

BTK is just a big kid. There doesn't appear to be anything special there. Zero intimidation factor from the looks, which is the same as every other time I have seen him. Also seems fragile.
 
I might've missed it but is there a time for Broncos vs Souths this weekend?

Guessing it might be today and streamed via Youtube again?

Edit: Never mind just saw that it is Sunday at 2pm
