POST GAME [PREMIERS, 2025] Broncos vs Storm

I wonder if Buzz is also a bit of a wanted man at Redhill because of his persistence in attacking Ezra and bringing his crap back into the media again and again.

Yeah this. It really grinds my gears too.

Seriously this sack of potatoes doesn't have anything else to write\blog about.

Master regurgitator. 🏆

Listened to cooper johns with matty.
Matty asks “ you were in the storm dressing sheds after the game. What were they like”
Coop “ mate I was in there after last year’s GF and it was sombre. It was way worse than that I didn’t know whether to talk and try to cheer them up or leave them to their thoughts, but they were hurting real bad. Never seen it this bad matty.”

I’m paraphrasing here but it is close to what he was conveying. The storm were totally crushed.

I never giggled like a giddy schoolgirl. You did.😂😂😂😂

I dunno, it will never not be weird seeing Trent Barrett cheer for the Broncos lol.
I'm pretty certain that's his first ever premiership as player, coach or Assistant. He left Penrith as a assistant after the 2020 loss.
29 years involved with teams in the NRL and that's his first time winning a premiership.

How does the medicine taste you purple nurples?

For a couple of decades you have brought us sadness and frustration. Get some of that into ya!

hes the mastermind behind all of this, funny how the year he comes in we win the comp
Things looked a bit shakey in attack after the first few weeks though. A lot of us had doubts, but he got the job done.

Would love to see our defense be at 2023 level next year or better. Particularly on line speed. I want us to be the club that only concedes 35m a set.

I actually think the last try's pass he threw was more forward than the one that got called back.
AHEM
*puts on his most pretentious NSW Media Rag voice defending dozens of NSW Origin tries off massively forward balls that have won them games in the past*
As you can see, the player is moving forward at pace, it's a long pass so of course the ball is going to drift forward, that's momentum. It came backwards out of the hands.

Further, call it even for the massive forward pass Katoa threw before their 3rd try, he was basically stopped for what it's worth :P

We woulda made that GF too. From memory the next game was going to be a breeze.

**** Sims.

Yea **** sims, because I remember 4 years later while playing for the cowboys he took out Hodges near the sideline (shoulder charged his chest when Hodgo wasn't looking after passing inside) and stopped a great comeback in the qualifying final. Hodges was almost Walsh-like in the final 20 minutes of that game.
Still pisses me off after all these years.
