And now he isn't a Titan he is a Bronco, Some players just sit better in different setups. Watch Norman become a star at the Eels.
Although your statement is probably true, in this instance I doubt it. Hunt would be no worse and there's more potential there. Lets give him a shot to see what he's like before we lose him. We signed Prince for next year as well? If it doesn't work out Prince can move back in there.

I agree.
Prince plays a game that opens opportunities for ballrunners, IF they get themselves into position to hit a hole.
It's not Princes fault that nobody remembers how to run such lines.
Gillett in particular should be slaying them running off Prince.
I would just love to see Wallace and Hunt swap roles. Think about what the role of the interchange hooker is:
- be strong defensively
- give good service to keep momentum up
- have the occasional dart from dummyhalf
- provide a kicking option from dummyhalf
Wallace can do all of those things better than Hunt.
Whether Hunt is any better than Wallace in the halves right now is questionable, and doubtful. But I think if you gave Hunt the same opportunity to stay in the 7 that Wallace had despite horrible form at times, he'd come good.
But I just can't see the Broncos doing it.

This really does make a lot of sense, especially if we're really keen on keeping Hunt (which i hope we are)
Wallace is made to play hooker IMO, and Hunt seems to have a lot more X-factor about him than Wallace does.
Hunt hasn't got to show his "x-factor" because when he's given a shot in the halves it's usually a 1 off to replace an injury and the pressure's on that if he stuffs up he won't get another go.
Like I said though, it won't happen because the Broncos still have this insane view that Wallace is our long term half.

I thought so too back in 2012 (I think)....but then he went and signed another yawnion contract.

We need an organizing half with a good kicking game. Sam Williams would be worth a look. Wallace isn't a halfback he is either a hooker or at best a 5/8th

Give Wal and Prince a few more weeks then give him a go - a real go. He's never had one, he deserves it, and really it's the only way the club will keep him. Show the faith he's shown the club, he could have left years ago. I don't really care if they play him for Prince or Wallace, but FFS give the kid a go!!
Even slip Wal to starting hooker, drop McCullogh to Q-Cup and bring in Baptiste as interchange hooker? We can't take the premiership this year so let's try some new combinations. Just give them a bit of time to gel. And give Hunt the best part of the year in the halves, with solid halves training. We won't be worse than we're playing now..
