QRL calls for Titans financial inquiry

NRL are denying anything is wrong with the Titans & the salary cap.

No-one has said their potential to get the wooden spoon has anything to do with the cap specifically.

But seriously - would you really bet on the Titans (currently 4th) to finish with the spoon? The fact that at least 4 punters have put significant amounts on it happening points to there being something fishy that isn't public.
