Why is Kemp even affiliated with the Dolphins. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see they were flush with outside backs already. He should have went to another QLD cup club IMO.

Keep the competition going, if he is any chance to crack first grade again it can't be an easy path. Push him constantly and have him earn every minute.

Possibly Brisbane want him at his best and felt the Dolphins would get the best out of him and the competition for spots would keep him going.

The clubs decide it, they get to say which areas they're lacking and are allocated Broncos' players.

They got screwed over with Stagg so getting Kemp still hasn't squared it up and I don't think they're that strong in the outside backs.
