Dearden, Hunt and Oates should all come straight into the Broncos left side. KHunt was extremely impressive for someone who has been out of the game so long, even first game back and in his mid 30's you can tell he is a class above QCup.

Watched Norths v Easts- Piakura on debut, I'd say he handled it in defence, he played the full 80 minutes and made 20 tackles. One handling error and gave away a lazy penalty.

In attack he looked a bit lost, and they favour Frei out there so I wouldn't say he had too much of an impact in attack.

Dearden looking good, very involved, kicking game looks good. I hope he can see why it is benefitting him to go back to Q cup and doesn’t see it as a punishment. A couple weeks of him playing how he is and Milf playing the way he is and he’ll be in the team.

I thought his kicking game was strong which in the wet is important but I still thought he lacked confidence with the ball- no line breaks, no line break assists, no try assists, and didn't engage the line. 46 touches and passed it away 32 times.

Hopefully the two tries help his confidence and he can get those other things moving.

Yeah Tweed trainer found it and they said the root was intact and can be reattached.

I hope we make these blokes in ISC perform to a good level for more than one week before we bring them back. They need to get a string of consistent performances under their belts, not just one game. It would be madness imo to bring them in unless we are struck down by injury. Make them hungry to play NRL.
