Alex Twal too. I don't think either are injured but maybe their clubs have blocked them from playing. There's also Adam Doueihi from Souths, not sure if he was available for selection but he's a shoe in for that squad.

It's taken a long time but I think it's great that we are finally starting to see the international teams being able to take advantage of heritage, and dual eligibility, and be able to field much stronger teams.

The LRLF replied to comments about these 3 players missing saying they were unavailable to be picked due to "NRL commitments".

If the NRL wants to grow the actual International game they need to start seriously dealing with players pulling out of rep games for no reason.

The International game went from a total joke to actually having some competitive teams once they changed the rules for dual eligibility. They need to go a step further and enforce the rules and also allow players to represent 2nd tier nations while playing origin.

You can play for QLD and Fiji IMO.

I'm actually pretty disappointed we won't get to see Tonga vs Samoa, those are really strong 1-17's for both nations, think that'd be a really close & enjoyable game.

It's always a great game. I remember enjoying it more than the Aus V NZ game last year.
