Is Haas observing Ramadan this year? If so, he’ll be a week deep into fasting by this game
It's hard to argue with the coaches picks really. he's gone with our starting front rower from last year and our most rounded/highest impact youngster as his bench picks. Good mix of experience and youth. Ben will get plenty of chances throughout the year.Heartbroken for Te Kura, I really am, I think it's a bad call.
Anyway, lets hope he sees some time during Rep duties.
Its an opportunity for ben to get several games in a row under his belt and show he can perform to a high standard consistently. It's hard to argue with the coaches picks really. he's gone with our starting front rower from last year and our most rounded/highest impact youngster as his bench picks. Broncos by 8 with a herculean defensive game.
The only way the score will be that close is if we make a lot of errors.
Not this year. We're built different. And we would never do that.
He's only there because of his dad.
Cant really argue with the bench but ill be keen to see te kura get some minutes in the coming weeks.
Lol @ walters still being there.

Let's hope we don't lose power for that 2hr period.Gonna be a weird game - watching Footy whilst your windows are trying to blow inwards
Be interesting to see how much preparation for rd 2 is affected by this cyclone? The team may have to stay in Sydney longer than expected?
But that is next weeks problem.
With Walters at #14, expect that he gets a fair run out here. Paix is a lot of things on the ball - he is a defensive liabilty. Esp. if you expect to be playing him 70+ minutes.
I think Madge will see this, either during training or the game itself, and we will see Walters out there to shore up the middle.
Overall, prety good team to start the season with.
