To be honest, all I care about is getting the 2 competition points considering everything that's going on with the cyclone etc..
I still think we'll still be pretty rusty with it being the first game and the Rorters will be very determined after copping a pasting in the media all week.

Round 1-6 is made for Maguire coaching- it's the "easiest" rounds to win.

Attack can be at 75% and you just have to be fit, kick well and make less errors.

Broncos can win tonight with 16 points.

The biggest thing on my mind is not to start the season with a serious injury. That would spook the whole team with a feeling of “oh no here we go again”.

I’m more than confident we’ll win convincingly I just don’t want any injuries.

I remember going into round one last year so excited off the back of 2023 and absolutley full of confidence that we would get a win. The whole game turned out to be frusterating and I walked away really annoyed and the rest of the season followed that trend.

I do have some concerns around alot of the hype we seem to be getting. I'm hopeful madge can keep these guys mind on the job and we've gained enough experience not to even consider how weak the opposition might be and just to concentrate on our game.

If I see a hail mary trying to score off our attacking set with no attempt to break down the defence I'll be spewing.
