These *****....It is unbelievable the amount of sleeze they can get away with.

The pile on from Sydney is absolutely pathetic, the club should be blackballing the lowlifes. It is reminiscent of the incessant whispering campaign waged against Seibs, but this time it’s being driven solely by the media & they haven’t yet resorted to making up bs rumours about his personal life.

With warbrick potentially leaving after papi and nas, and the storm losing another grand final surely bellamy comes under pressure and his methods are questioned, especially those gruelling pre seasons.

Can't wait for the article... given the premiership winning coach is getting questioned.... its actually THAT ridiculous

Exactly mate. You so nailed it.

Bellyache has overseen two GF losses in a row and a raft of players quitting the game not just leaving and not a word is said about his pathetic methods. Despite his teams constantly getting the 'rub of the green' week in week out.

Let's not forget the deliberately coached tactic of their exit-set runners diving low in to tackles to try to earn quick play-the-balls and take markers out of play, but just as often causing unavoidable head contact. Their back 3 in particular. Bellamy doesn't just demand his players put their bodies on the line, he demands them to risk future lifelong cognitive impairment in order to spoil a ruck.

the amount of serious injury related tackling techniques that have orginated out of that club is insane.
I dont care if bellamy wins 10 comps in a row. i will always maintain the man is scum and has done nothing but made rugby league worse since his coaching career started.

the day he retires will make me neally as happy as broncos beating them twice now in a grand final

I've been re-watching this game and despite being awful, we were actually doing alright up until the ridiculous video ref overturn on Jenkins. That should be sackable for the video ref, absolutely disgraceful. The captain's challenge is for howlers, not 50-50s and that was a 50-50 AT BEST.

Given Penrith played ok, the fact we dropped the ball so much, got smashed by the ref as usual, it isn't surprising it blew out a bit in the end. For as bad as both teams were overall, Penrith took their opportunities and we didn't but man, every call that could have gone their way did and they took advantage as great teams do.

It isn't all doom and gloom for us though, I don't think we can play that badly again...surely.

I was at the game and haven't watched a replay, but Levels were saying that penrith were apparently challenging for a strip?

If so they went up looking for a strip and Klown (the most senior ref in the comp) indicated there was no strip, but still decided to overturn the onfield ref for a knock on that was not even close to obvious.

My memory of the replay is Jenkins had the ball all the way down to the ground and then impact with the ground dislodged the ball OR the ball appeared to go straight down from the hand?.. if so in no world is that evidence to overturn.

The reffing across the board is absolute garbage and is far too often impacting games through their ineptness

Yeah that's how we saw it at the game too. It went up strip the ruling should be no strip knock on.
