Chalk me down for no to Hoffman @ 5/8th too. While he theoretically will improve, and play more to his strengths, I don't see him as having a particularly high ceiling at his best.

Also pretty skeptical of Gillett's efforts thus far. He's doing a pretty good impression of Tony Williams with the flatfooted shuffle, half hearted fend and then submitting to the tackle anyway...
