This is what worries me the most. I can't for the life of me understand Griffin as a coach. Putting Wallace on sometime in the second half would have released a lot of pressure but yet again we have the same strange shit as last year happen.

This. I completely expected Wallace to get no game time....until Lowrie went off. The fact that he still didn't use him worries me immensely. Not to mention what that could do to a young players confidence. "We're 1 man down and coach still won't use me"

Ok. I dont contribute much here. But here we go. Much as Hoffman wasnt brilliant in attack we need to remember it was his first go at it in fg. Im awesomely proud of the defence tonight. I think Maranta may have silenced a few critics. I agree Ben Hunt wasnt brilliant. Gillette needs to stop the sideways runs which he did in second half. Ben was brilliant( Barba to 5/8, Hoffy to fullback?) Vidot looks to be a solid investment ( memories of sailor and tiquiri taking dummy half runs). I simply do not like Parker at prop. Back to lock plz. Gilette to the bench. I must admit i was a not impressed with the thought of the year ahead before tonight , now i have renewed hope. GO THE MIGHTY BRONCOS !!!!!

Well Hunt was poor without doubt but he is our only option at the moment do he will be persisted with. Macca and Barba will need to do more kicking as the dogs just rushed Hunt on the 5th tackle every time

I've asked you elsewhere, what's your solution. Strasser and Nikorama? - No NRL experience between them.

Barba and Nikorama/Strasser? Maybe, but what do you do? Throw Hoff at the back and watch him **** up the plays again?

I'm not sold on Hunt at all at this stage, but at least give him someone else to work with instead of a winger who thinks he's a FB but is,for some unknown fucking reason, playing 5/8th.

He couldn't run the whole club, maybe he'll find it easier just running the team on the field.
