Like I said in an earlier thread, I really thought Hunt would kick on and make the position his own but after the trial and tonight maybe the pressure is too much..
This is what worries me the most. I can't for the life of me understand Griffin as a coach. Putting Wallace on sometime in the second half would have released a lot of pressure but yet again we have the same strange shit as last year happen.
Honestly thought Glenn outplayed Gillett & Thaiday tonight. My team for next week would be..
1. Ben Barba
2. Daniel Vidot
3. Josh Hoffman
4. Dale Copley
5. Lachlan Maranta
6. Kodi Nikorima
7. Ben Hunt
8. Josh McGuire
9. Andrew McCullough
10. Martin Kennedy
11. Alex Glenn
12. Sam Thaiday
13. Corey Parker
14. Matt Gillett
15. Ben Hannant
16. David Hala
17. Jarrod Wallace
Genuinely thought Reed was a liability tonight, Hoffman in the centres inside Vidot could be amazing.
Give him a proper halves partner ffs. As Nashy said, he knew what to do, his execution was just shit.
Not having a go at you btw Vert.

I disagree with you both. I don't think he knows what to do.
He's constantly out of position when he should be in the middle directing play. Lost count of 5th tackles when he was no where to be found.
Ben Hunt isn't a running half ...... if he needs another ball player as a halves partner to be any good, just wtf is his purpose in the side??
