I would cut Mam some slack. The shape they kept trying to run is effective against sliding defences but Manly were rushing all night and not helped by the terrible service he was getting.

Long-term positives that his knee is no longer strapped and showed enough toe to almost match it with Koula.

Considering we still had Walsh, Mam, Hunt, Arthurs, Carrigan, Willison…

Yes its one of those years where the injuries are killing us…

But performances like tonight are just horrendous. They just completely lost their way out there… tough to watch.

Agree with most on here about Mam… he has been way too hot and cold 24/25/26… I think that 6 jersey should be more competed for…

Agree with X at prop… really dont know why J.Gos gets his shot at prop… he can fill in for injuries off the bench.
 
Glad that horror show is over. Bunt looks to be a back up hooker only on the bench who can also cover for an injured half. Duffy needs to start at half if Reyno is injured and Willison needs to start at prop not in the second row.

I don't know what is going on with Ezra but his form at the moment is terrible. He needs to just take the line on and back up other runners and leave the ball playing to others.

Manly were leaving early in defence all night and only got picked up for it once around the 60 minute mark. But nothing new about that.

I agree. I've been on this all year. It's a shame we didn't get rid of Mam and use some of that money for Haas, because it looks more and more likely that Pezet and Duffy will be our halves next year.
 
Well, that was......................very poor. The fact that we didn't get anywhere near 50 put on is astounding.

I think Hunts done, he may as well have not played tonight. Jesse at centre is a definite no goer, he was burnt all night. Shiba is phoning it in, shouldn't really be in the team.

I don't even know what our game plan was, we looked completely lost.

Manly weren't even that great but they at least showed up and played with intensity, our boys just didn't want to be there.

These pricks better find some spirit by next week, I'm driving over 300klms to be at the game for Magic Round, its going to be a shit drive home if I have to watch this sort of crap again.

Fortunately, Duffy looks to be that patient half we need. If Ezra can’t add to his game or step up when needed, Pezet could be gunning for his spot.
 
Junt to 2RF. I just don't understand how in 3 years we can't find a decent backup, especially when Piakura is so injury and head knock prone.
Willison back to middle.

I had high hopes for Aublix but not seeing it.

Ezra’s did a run in the second half which is exactly what he needs to be doing. Unfortunately it was the last tackle and somehow he was oblivious. He needs to go back to first principles and just run or shift early.

We still have a side and the only spine player missing was Reyno.
Ezra and hunt were pathetic. Ezra more so. He’s been horrendous all year.
We had no go forward and whenever we got into good ball, we would knock it on or Ezra would throw 1 of his 18 forward passes.
Piss poor performance.
 
We had to run out of puff after four weeks of intense defense

Not too worried but Mam, what’s doing. Good to see his hamstring is ok running down the fullback, though
