There's some quality match-ups this round, but the pick of the bunch for me has to Rabbitohs/Knights. Newcastle were one of the most impressive teams coming out of Covid, how they managed to salvage a 14-all draw without Ponga, Pearce and Watson was simply outstanding. They've been pretty scratchy these past few weeks and they blew a golden opportunity to beat the Eels and they're starting to look like a fringe Top 8 side.

Souths on the other hand were very impressive for the first 60 minutes against Wests and they're warming into the season nicely. They'll be without Latrell, but I think it could be a blessing for Souths and Latrell. I think Souths have to be careful with how they use Latrell, he's still a young man and I think there's time where you've got to let him get away from the football bubble and spend time with some loved ones. I also think it makes other Souths players more accountable and gives them some room to play some good footy.

Meanwhile up north, the poor Cowboys are having about as much luck as the Broncos are with injuries. Not only have they lost Holmes, but they've also lost Drinkwater to an MCL and Hola to a wrist injury. I liked what I saw of Hola as well, I thought he was primed for some more minutes. It's looking like another long year for the Cowboys, amazing to think of what's happened to them since the 2017 Grand Final.

**** I hate it when our game is the hardest one of the round to tip.

Mmmmm, second hardest I think. You can have a multi with 4 combinations at 10 bucks each and be a really good chance at winning a nice profit. I've loaded up on the Broncos because I think they're a special.

They missed that winning feeling and for the first time in a long time they will all be pumped for more. I think I heard that Luke hadn't felt it for 10 months. I think I've got close to $400 on the Broncos in various forms and feel more confident than I did against either the Titans or Warriors.

I hate the Roosters.
Hate them more than any team I've hated before, including salary cap cheating Storm.
I also hate listening to Brandy salivate over Tedesco for 80 minutes.
