Problem is 6 of those players we can't actually use at the moment. And those are the players we need to use, which means there's very little we can do in terms of changes.

Dearden will come in next week by the looks of it, not really going to change anything though.

You can replace Boyd with an actual turnstile and it will STILL have better than him.

Biggest mistake we ever made was management thinking they're more important than the football side of things. Or maybe it was sacking a decent coach in the most vindictive way possible and bringing in a tubby one-hit wonder on a mega bucks super long deal with no performance clauses. Or letting Paul "player option" White negotiate contracts.

i actually got the impressions that he knows hes done.
would not even answer when asked if hes the right man for the job...... any coach who wants the job says absolutely and ill turn it around...... he literally just said "its to raw i have not thought about it"

to me that is damning. it feels like he knows the decision may already be made for him

He looked a bit shocked, a bit from Oats and a lot from that effort or lack there of. He has no confidence and you have to feel a bit for him to be honest.
