My greatest concern is the damage Seibold might be doing to the club over the next few years. So many young guys given big contracts with very few runs on the board to earn them. Brodie Croft is locked down for a few years and he doesn't seem up to it.

We could end up in a Bulldogs like situation where a complete roster overhaul is required if some of these young guys don't come good on their potential. On current form you'd probably bet against them ever doing so.
