I don’t think we should be harsh on Mam, he’s been good in defence for the most part which is the hardest part for a young half. He’s been in a very very clunky spine. Getting ball from Walter to Gamble is horrendous. As others have said; it would be a different game for him if Reynolds was controlling everything and just giving him good ball every now and then.

It's a play brought about by stupidity from Herbie... you expect Mam who was about to make a tackle, but had his team mate jump between him and the ball carrier, to suddenly u-turn and run 20m to where Herbie should've been in half a second to stop a try in the corner???
