Manly's deal with their game against us in Magic Round being a home game for them ends this week.

It will no longer be an away game for the Broncos after this week.
If that's the case DD will be on the phone for compensation, because if magic round becomes a home game for the Broncos he misses out on 35k in season ticket holders... because magic round can't be included in the 12 game home series and no way would we want to be sharing the gate sales with a numpty Sydney team that would be lucky to 10k

Probably just Shitney media talking out their ass to appease NSW fans and get some clicks.

The same idiot Sydney fans that dont realise Dolphins get the same advantage... and I think Cows have in recent years havent checked all of them.

Only titans play as the home team because they want cash from the gate sales that they cant make themselves

Danger Game Will Robinson! Danger Game!

I'm a little concerned that with Manly's injuries and their recent form our boys will go into this game thinking it's going to be an easy win and not bother to turn up.

We need to stop dropping our performance to the level of the opposition and doing just enough.
Lol the Manly forum pretty much says the same thing about their team (playing at their opponents level), although they're using it as a reason/hope that they can win lol.

Although they're not all so optimistic...

It makes sense Manly don't want to do it anymore but some other loser club that needs money will.

Surely the Broncs put the feelers out to find out which club has the biggest expat presence in Brissy and offer them the fixture. The Wahs come to mind, as do the Dargons and Souffs. If you can go for the full house at Lang Park then its the obvious choice.

The Wahs would be the obvious choice. Dragons being second, they have always had a massive supporter base up here. However, their level of attendance is dependent on their form, whereas the Wahs fans turn up in huge numbers regardless.

Or you know Brisbane can just make it our own home game?

Warriors won't give up their home game against us during Origin.

My guess would be Bulldogs as the "home" team if the Sea Eagles pull out. They've always been out in numbers when their team play in Brisbane. Also probably the most feral supporters but whatever.

some small market NSW based team will latch onto the opportunity for some extra money

The Warriors should return the favour for getting the Broncos in NZ , 72 hours after origin for the past decade

Penrith fans are by far the worst overall. Bulldogs have a pocket of fuckwits, and they are probably the worst, but they are a minority.

You don't need to read other fan forums to get negativity about the Broncos (not that they're being negative at all), no more negativity towards our team than right here in this very forum.

Dragqueens, Eels and maybe Dogs should be itching to make a deal here.

No Saab and no Turbo makes this a tough ask for the Sea Eagles.

For Brisbane, the focus now needs to be to shut down Manlys right edge.

Thats where man mountain Haumole Olakau’atu lives...

But both these sides are 2 of the most expansive footy teams in the comp.

But it doesn't necessarily mean end to end football...
