This head high crack down is not sustainable.

Suggest a tweak to the crack down: If an attacker player dives downwards or dips his head suddenly you shouldn't get dinged for clipping him in the melon.
Eventually storm with their rule bending is going to get to the point any game now where they bend down on purpose and run forward with their head like a spear at the defender and if you touch his head, which you will need to in order to make the tackle, the defender will be on report.
