Ahhh that's the Brandon Smith I remember from the Under 20s.

Never afraid to take on the line and just has a way of finding the chalk. What an impressive debut and what a homecoming for Melbourne.

That's better from Newcastle, at least they're looking to play some positive football there.

It's been a real disappointing second half for the Knights. It could have easily been 16-12 at the break but they threw nothing at Melbourne to start with and just lost their way with the football. In a lot of ways, it's been the story of their season.

The game is drawing to a close here. Melbourne just had far too much strike and the Knights had far too much work to do.

Oop and that was poor there from Billy. There's been a couple of anxious moments here in the second half for Billy.
