I realise Kevvie is considering his options at the moment but I wonder what his plan for K hunt is when he hits the wall after 20 mins. Will gamble play 2 positions at once? Will he somehow sneak young Billy in wearing one of his old jerseys? Or is it time to play his trump card with Isaako at 5/8? Can this year get any worse for the poor guy. Chin up Kevvie.

Walters press conference on pretty much everything to do with this match. Says it's not a trial for Herbie, but then contradicts himself by saying it's his "chance" to show what he can do there. Says the usual platitudes - that actually panned out with Milford and Dearden - about Oates and Isaako needing to go back (to ISC) and work on a few things and he'll be sure they'll be back in the NRL. When he says "NRL" whether he means the Broncos is up to you to interpret:

I wish Kevvie would share some light on what exactly those things are that Corey Oates needs to do better, I understand why he doesn't but as a fan I am sitting here thinking about the great game he had against Penrith and the Titans, he was instrumental in both of those performances.

He had a pretty ordinary game against Manly and we haven't seen him since.

It was nice to see Payne Haas smiling though as NSW racked up 50, I hate NSW but part of me was thinking if there is ever a bloke in the comp who deserves to be out there revelling in the joy of beating the shit out of the opposition it would be Payne Haas.

Been our best player for the last few seasons at least and we continue to get pounded but he continues to be in the conversation as the best prop in the game.

Other than staying on his wing and maintain ball control I can’t see what else he needs to do. He’s not going to get faster that’s for sure.
