Lol as if it made a difference on the nights. That's probably why Isaako was ejected, they somehow knew goalkicking wouldn't be a factor in ANY of our games.

I hope Kahu's experience helps the young backs though he never was a great defender in the centres (possibly better than what we've seen though this season) . Offa and Kennedy really need to lift their game if we are to have a chance. As for Milford, here's hoping he is feeling "rejuvenated" and ready to put in.
On the plus side if we had a strategy with our backs, we might have a chance of pulling it off, but I suspect we'll score off a sweep play but get slaughtered bringing the ball out of our twenty, with ineffective forwards. God, I hope I'm wrong though. Surely we're due some good luck!

Didn't Kahu get injured every time he played centre? Like he'd get through 10 games on the wing, he finally gets another shot at one of his "preferred" positions (centre or fb), and he'd get monstered and trampled and broken?

With Kahu back in the team, this is perhaps the only game were we may have actually benefitted from having an outside back on the bench. Knowing his history with injuries and our rotten luck, he'll probably go off for a HIA in the 13th minute and not return for the rest of the game. I would rather Farnworth defend at centre. Kahu seems to always get injured defending at centre.
