Tough win for the Cowboys.

And it was very clinical from them. Nothing flash, just hit it up and give it to either JT or Coote to see what they could conjure up. More often than not, the Raiders had the right answers but the Cows were just too persistent.

Raiders showed plenty of commitment but they just had too many errors in them at crucial times. Not only with the Fensom knock on, but Croker's spilled ball really cost them as well. It's a shame for them as they played with plenty of energy but just too many lapses.

I'm pretty sure on one of the Matty Johns shows when the Cowboys won their first game of the season in that close one against the Storm, Fletcher said something like "I expect them to go on a run now", everyone laughed.
