Fai is front row specialist too right? I think front row is sorted. If sua is right he can play centre too i think i saw him a few times last year. TPJ could maybe slot into 2nd row and share game time with Thaiday perhaps. I have seen him play both positions and hes definitely a better prop than backrower IMO. I think Eden may be ok this week. Pressure is off him now his future is sorted. He might surprise.

Against the dogs some big bodies would be good. Especially if they play Klemmer at 13.

B.Morris & J.Morris both expected to be named for the Dogs this arvo.

Will be interesting to see who Wayne opts to name, presumably 2 Origin players who aren't named Oates & Gillett will be rested, if he sticks to the usual plan. My best guess is McGuire & Parker. Keeping in mind that McCullough, Glenn, Reed & Kahu are all unlikely to be available, and Su'A still yet to return from his shoulder injury.. Likely team list for this afternoon would have to be..

1. Boyd
2. Oates
3. Opacic
4. Roberts
5. Maranta
6. Milford
7. Hunt
8. Ofahengaue
9. Waddell
10. Blair

14. Pangai Jr
15. Arrow
16. Ese'ese
17. Nikorima

fai can play edge, he played wide during a lot of 20's games but thata a hell of a lot different than nrl.
tpj played all edge for souths logan outside of scarlett and just inside seve so he could well do the job if needed.

Is Eden the best wing we have...Seriously

No sure how Eden keeps getting picked. Would rather Seve or Issako got a go.

What happened to arrow. Is arrow playing bad in intrust super cup.

Jesus, how the f*** did Eden get picked? I'd rather KNik on the wing and run 4 forwards on the bench... I know Kodi is cover for a few positions but if nearly chance it... I bet Bennett had gritted teeth as he was writing EDEN into the lineup

Eden yuck, I fail to see how playing a rookie is worse than a guy who makes rookie errors anyway.

Arrow was involved in the Norths Devils big 42-24 win over CQ. The Devils led by 36 going into the break and spent the majority of the second half in cruise control.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Jai on Saturday night. The only reason he isn't there is because Pangai Jr and Su'A are special talents with the capacity to create something out of nothing. Arrow is on the otherside of the coin, still valuable, but when you're selecting the bench, you're more inclined to go with your star players.

Ofahengaue is the bigger news story. Fortunately, Bennett already addressed the Joe situation, explaining that it's a rotation strategy and that he's going with Pangai Jr for now but expected Joe to be back in due time. Joe was really good against the Hunters the other week, the Magpies were desperately unlucky to go down to them.

I would rather a three legged dog on the wing than Eden...

Guaranteed to make better metres on kick returns.

On the Bulldogs side Des is just being Des, Morris will line up at fullback and Holland will be dropped for Hopoate.

You'd imagine two origin forwards drop out as has been mentioned and Ese'ese and Joffa/Arrow come in. Is the smoke about Joffa out the door more than just speculation?? I sure hope not!!
