Round 16 Discussion

Lolamatta.

Hunt almost killed it for them on that blindside play before they somehow held the ball and worked it back to to centre field for Widdop's grubber to Dufty.

Sim’s Oscar winning performance to draw a penalty got them home. Need to watch it again, but following through on a kick he changes his line to run into a Parra player and then does a flop to the ground that wouldn’t be out of place over in Russia at the moment. Nice work Ref. Sims should be embarrassed by that shit...as should the NRL.

The standard was set in Origin.

Warriors already up 12-0 and it's not even been 15 minutes.

I really like Jesse Ramien.

He is a quality centre. Knights have made a great decision signing him.

Ryley Jacks is out for the Storm. Jahrome Hughes replaces him.

Tui Kamikamica will make his debut tongiht. Does anyone else think DragonBall Z when they read his last name?

This game reminds me of us v the Storm a few weeks back with the Warriors on the receiving end of a ref special.

What? No advantage?

He took his advantage when he tried to score. That should be penalty Sharks for the double movement.

This ref obviously has a penalty quota to fill..

He has been whistle happy in the past 10-15 minutes.

That pass was forward..

What's the point of having a touchie?

Isaac Luke penalised for offside despite being 8 metres away and completely passive in Holmes attempt to catch the bomb (Literally the rule, inside the 10 metres is only relevant if they're non-passive) Fifita offside by a couple of metres on Townsends field goal attempt, Leuetele forward pass by 2 metres on Lee try.

3 critical refereeing mistakes in the last 3 minutes of the game, all against the Warriors, conspiracy anyone?

It was terrible. That call on Luke is all you need to know about how amateur the officiating in this comp is.

Why is that?

He went within the 10. One could argue he had an impact on the result of the kick. Holmes looks up and sees Luke initially running towards him, he has that in the back of his mind the whole time.

All Luke had to do was not run.

Seeing that pad that Addo-Carr apparently had made me think he had this under his jersey:

640

Tedesco sticks out the foot, no penalty.
