Mam has been in the game tonight. He just needs to find those gaps and pick his moments. Willison found out what it is to be a starting forward. Think he is still an impact forward tbh. Marty to start would have been better, IMO

What? I think Willy had a solid showing

Dont get how really, i'm one of the most positive blokes on here.

If he's been shit though, he's been shit. He looks lost tonight at center and compounded it with a dumb penalty. You can only call it game by game and he looks off it tonight.
I can see Kevvies logic, because he has gone for a team with minimal errors, Mariner while very sharp in attack at wing had a horror show last week, Arthars is very safe soo long as mariner isn't in his way for catches.

My biggest gripe is the difference in the officiating around the ruck.

Penrith laying all over our guys for ages (JFH) and we yet we get pinged for holding on one second after the held call.
That held call came as soon as Edwards knelt down. The ball never touched the ground at all. The ref literally gives Penrith an advantage like that. Meanwhile, for us, ball not on the ground, wrestle, slow, set line, ok, held.

Sorensen loses it - Mariner held the ball too long in the tackle. Nearly every Penrith tackle wrapping ball as long as they can - nothing to see here.
I'm still flabbergasted with that forward pass call. Touchies never make a call and then this bloke does on a clearly backwards pass.

Marty has been good off the bench though. Hopefully Willison 2nd stint will keep things rolling

100%. Edwards is huge for his frame. All the guys are like nuggets, but they run for days. It has to be something in the water
No doubt about it, their training wouldn't be much different to any other team yet they all look like super heroes.
I gym daily and its not hard to pick out the blokes on the juice and Penrith all look like they are on something.

imo Madden isn't it, there is nothing left to see, he only functions when we dominate he doesn't manage the team at all and that is the 7s first job before the pass selection and kicking.
I think I’ve seen Madden pull off one good kick his whole career. He’s a budget Brodie Croft

Madden is still useless btw. Should give the other kid a crack.

Atleast when Walsh is on he basically does the 7s job that Madden fails at which is managing the line and where to go, he understands the halfback role better than Madden, you can see how much more smoother our sets are this game.
