POST GAME [Round 19, 2022] Broncos vs Eels

Random question, I’m sure someone here would know though. How do the General admission seats work at Suncorp? Is it first in best dressed situation?

Joey said that after our performance tonight, if we are fully fit, we can challenge Penrith

What a great game from the boys. Oates was massive again, such a great sight to beheld when he is in form and loving footy. Payne, Fleggs and Pat is such a powerful and athletic middle, I don't think any other club has that mix. On Payne he is almost forgiven his buffoonish antics, you can't fault the player.

Rikki was really good in the first half, why was he subbed for Palassia ? It really hurt our right side defense. I don't see that as the right change Palassia is a middle every day of the week. Maybe it was just to give him game time.

Our D reminds me a lot of the year that shall not be named. It's so good to see the boys being aggressive and turning up for each other. The Eels didn't want to get into the tough stuff and hadn't set the platform to go wide and we actually played an expansive game in the wet and completed around 80%.

So proud right now, top four who would have seen this so soon.

How the **** did flegler not play origin this year lol... honestly he is has been fucking massive this last 2-3 months. I think people see him named on the bench and totally underestimate how bloody good he is for us.
I see him named on the bench and feel really assured... you could see tonight we had a bit of an issue when having to rely on Kobe, Palasia and Jensen to lead the middle.

Having Flegs on the bench and being that leader off the bench is a massive plus for us as a team... I feel like him getting a start is a great reward, but I really do like him coming off the bench and allowing us to take Haas and Patty off knowing he can carry the middle.

When it comes to middle forwards they all pretty well end up playing the same amount of minutes so coming off the bench shouldn't be seen as a demotion... in the NBA they'll often have a second playmaker on the bench and it's their job to lead the second unit.

Having a strong bench is a massive boost to the team... can recall back in 2015 or 2016 we had Joffa and maybe TPJ or something coming off the bench and they were just dominating their opposites every week... it's a huge part of the game

Yep.

You can sit anywhere between the row range on your ticket

We matched Penrith last year on both occasions just didn't have the player to ice the game and for most the game this season we were in it but blew out late with no Haas, Carrigan or Flegler and was missing Herbie with Walters playing 6. We lost our Fullback during the game and we weren't playing how we are now.
Kev seemed to have a game plan to beat them last season that nearly came off it will be interesting to see how we go now.

Riki was subbed due to a hamstring issue.

I want to give him credit also. He has really stepped up his game the last couple of weeks

Jensen, Haas, Carrigan, Hetherington, Flegler, Palasia. What a nucking futs rotation. Easily the best in the league right now.
