Not a bad suggestion Rocky but I'd prefer we establish some rhythmn before such a big game.

Of course this could all change from now until the Tits game where players could be struggling to back up. It all depends if ideally they come through Origin unscathed.

The only time we should rest any player at full strength is Lockyer against the Cowboys.

Yep no way should Locky play in Townsville.

Important to get a few wins on the board in the next few weeks. We're almost guaranteed a top 4 spot if we do. The Cowboys will struggle to win without Thurston so we should overtake them to move into the top 4.

I agree, he didn't look confident at all running the ball. His presence helped yow yeh though

Hodges was a bit off in attack, but showed glimpses. Despite his big miss on Morris early he was pretty good in defence. Agree with BB that Yow Yeh was much better positioned with Hodges inside him.

This is the type of spot Brisbane has struggled with in the past (at times) - post the origin series and off a bye .. lost a "gimmie" to the Bulldogs a couple of years ago (SBW's last game of league) when they were going nowhere and a couple of years before that in 06' there was a pretty ordinary performance up in Townsville .. although that season certainly made a turn for the better !
