if they pin that number on this game they clearly haven't been watching enough of the titans imo .. The titans have essentially quit and they aren't even playing well enough to hang within two tries of a team that is the polar opposite of them in terms of form and execution and committment ..
Titans ALWAYS lift against the Broncos. Even if their attack is still hopeless, defensively they will give us a headache.

agree, while it aint like the good old days where you EXPECTED the Broncos to beat bottom feeders by 30+ , it'd be disappointing if the Broncos didn't put their foot firmly on the throats of the Titans on friday night and frigged around for a narrow win.
The Titans have absolutely nothing going for them at the moment .. they're so devoid of confidence and form it's ridiculous .. but as the Panthers showed on sunday - if you sleep walk through a game its very easy to play an out of form team back into form ...

Hala should at least be there ahead of Lui, even if he doesn't end up making the bench.

Hook seems to be doing the right thing with these young gun forwards we have ..... giving them spurts of time in the top side, not letting them get ahead of themselves.
I remember the big writeups Hala got when he scored that try for us a few games ago .... maybe Hook is just trying to keep their feet on the ground ?

The Hunt selection doesn't annoy me because Baptiste is a superior option (although he is) it's because I'm worried about Hunt's development as a half. Why haven't the Broncos taken a page out of Manly's book and sent their two most promising halves to QCup for the season?
It's just silly and unless both put in a huge effort in the pre-season it really will bite us in the ass in the long run.

Nice stat, its something I think about every year at this time. The good thing is, we had that bye at the exact right time when we needed it. We came out of that Origin period way better then what people thought we would and we gave rests to guys at the right times. We had a bye after origin, so basically there really should be no excuses this year. However I wouldnt be surprised at all to see us drop the next 2-3 games. and then turn it around in time for the end of the season.
