PRE-GAME Round 19 - Eels vs Broncos

How fragile are the Broncos. 10/18 games they have had a try scored against them within six minutes of half time.

Parra 43'
Roosters 43'
Manly 43'
Newcastle 43'
Warriors 46'
Tigers 42 and 46'
Storm 44'
Raiders 45'
Roosters 43 and 45'
Titans 43'

No excuse for that, you're fresh you've just heard your instructions and you've had a break.

Heres what I want to see this week
1. When clearing the kick on the last, two forwards stand either side of the ruck to atleast give our kicker some time to kick the ball (every team in the comp does this but us)
2. On the 3rd and 4th tackle, the ball to go through atleast 2 sets off hands from the dummy half. None of the just hit it up 5 times and kick it shit. Get some lateral ball movement going for **** sakes
3. O'Sullivan to stand more than 5 metres back in the attacking zone and try to use Boyd for the sweep play
4. Paix to come on in the first half around the 30 minute mark. We look a lot more fluent with him on the field.
5. Carrigan to start at prop with Haas and Glenn to lock.

Just a complete lack of interest and commitment. These players either need a TPJ style kick up the ass during the off season or the entire squad needs a top to bottom clean out, starting with Milford, Joe O, Oates and Pangai himself if he doesn't pull his head in.

Oates needs to be fucked off. He is awful on the field and a whinger off it by the sounds of it.

If we can not get smashed and score two tries that are legit and not flukes or intercepts I'll take it.

We have been thrashed by Parra every game for the last few years.

Seib's half time poetry can be attributed to the majority of those.

Will be interesting to see how he defends now that we've abandoned Seibs' revolutionary ideas. I don't remember him being such an awful defender at Melbourne.

On point number 2 perhaps they should wear the FR & DH bibs from my sons‘s u8 team. Seems to help them pass the ball.

I don't hate the idea as much as I thought I would. Croft is at least more experienced than SOS and I agree with the above, lets give him a chance now he is free of the philosophy of Seibold.

Not such a bad idea. Either he shines and gives himself another chance next year, or he resumes normal transmission and buries himself further so the club can potentially see him off over the off season.
