Great to get a win and I thought that part in the first half where we defended 3 sets in a row on our line was the turning point. All year we would have folded for an easy try then dropped our bundle.

The Drinkwater pass to Feldt was line-ball, it certainly drifts a metre forward but that's likely to happen when it's flat out of the hands.
The Wright pass to Dearden was definitely forward.

Good win against a fellow bottom feeder and this side might be turning the corner somewhat. What they lack in talent is made up in enthusiasm and a commitment for each other. Something that was definitely lacking last year.
Still plenty of dark and dreary days ahead but if Kevie can snag two more wins this year, then he has done a credible job with these pack of spuds.

Yeh, tucked in about 10th (was never going to medal but looked strong to finish well) and then just fell apart.
Unusual to see in a 10,000, almost like he hit the wall. But the humidity is out of control over there at the moment, so energy is sapped so quick.
