  1. Tyrone Peachey playing fullback.

I don't see that working out. He doesn't strike me as the kind of player that could handle playing 80 minutes at fullback. It requires a lot more running than what he is currently doing.

  2. My Sauce tells me that Ponga is out. Apparently he failed his physical, but still travelled with the team? Anyone confirm?

Roosters left edge is probably the best in the comp. Cordner, nothing much needs to be said about him, one of the best 2nd rowers in the world. Keary has been arguably in the top 3 or 4 halves this year. Mitchell is the most damaging centre in the comp when switched on (and with experience he'll be switched on for longer). Tedesco is in the top 2 fullbacks this year, probably number 1 with Ponga missing so much footy. I think they also have a winger too.

I hope some team figures out how to contain them, so we'll all learn in time.

They put on a few tries on us, we just struck back. Their form seems to have improved in further since then too.

  16. The decline in this Cowboys side is absolutely staggering. They don't cop nearly enough criticism for their recruitment and retention.

Yep, you'd think they'd come good in at least one game.

A lot of new coaches go through shit like this, the real test is to see how they recover in the next year or two. A lot never do, like Maguire. Some do, like Robinson.
