Because Selwyn let the ball bounce and threw forward passes ?
Several times... do you not remember the dogs game when Kikau scored

And forward passes he threw several on the end of backline movements... one of them was early in a game from a sweep inside our own half... put Riki away I think, but was called forward.

There was another on the right side of the field when he was playing fullback.

The dogs game in particular was one of the worst games from a fullback in a long time... Ezra put the team on his back to overcome that performance

Seen a video of eels fans mocking the team hard. I hope these ***** remember and get some revenge.
They won't ... they don't seem to give a shit or get fired up about anything

Past Broncos from the 90's and early 00's the culture was **** NSWRL and showing them zero respect... the current group from the 08 Toyota Cup onwards haven't realised that NSWRL ****ing hates them and all the Sydney teams turn up looking to smash them.

Until they realise that every game is a war against a pack of ****s they should hate, they won't be competitive

I don't think it's that. I think they're just not that good. Fire up. Get penalized. Back into the shelll.

Just looking at the draw and being a realist I don’t think we make the 8.

you're not being a realist.

your just reverting back to BHQ factory default settings (which typically happens after a loss of any kind)

BHQ factory default settings are a long way from reality (with the exception of 2020)

I was highlighting the irony .
Selwyn does it he`s the worst . Walshy does it - he just needs to find a balance .

Skimming the thread and it appears everyone is just blaming Walsh?

When is Reynolds going to be slammed for always going missing when he is needed. Reynolds is captain and leader, and he's allowing Walsh to play halfback and be first choice kicker. Sorry, but if he is going to allow that, he might as well not be in the team anymore.
Ezra mam is wrapped in Teflon. I don't know any other player on 850k that can do literally nothing all game and not get a mention. Hunt is new to the side and the spine and is coming off an injury. Mam has no excuse..

As for walsh, he tries hard and breaks the game open for us every week. He wasn't as bad as most let on

I'm putting together a compilation of Walsh.

That forward pass call was bullshit. It wasn't forward from the hands. It was line ball at worst. It looked forward because he got tackled almost immediately after. That pass to Gem was a good pass and if he didn't drop it cold, it's game over. There was also the pass he made to Gem after the break from Staggs and Gem was looking for the pass to Karapani who would have been unmarked with no one near him but Karapani is about 15 metres behind the play. His effort to keep up with the play wasn't good enough.

But probably the biggest thing I'm noticing is the number of times we had numbers on the edge and space for Walsh to work with but Reyno doesn't find the pass.

Reyno had a ****ing stinker.

I’ve been off Reynolds basically since the grand final, and even more so this entire year. I didn’t think he should’ve been re-signed, and certainly don’t think he should be captain and have a mortgage on his position.

I think most either agree or are coming around but who else would we get with some experience for his money? Black isn’t ready yet and Reynolds sticking around probably gives him almost enough time to be.

The thing that I don’t get is -
With someone who has played over 300 first grade games,
had been captain for so long &
involved in 3 Grand Finals( with 1 win),
—> how can he say he needs the team to go back to training to get the W?
With his experience & being a 7, he MUST KNOW HOW TO TURN THE GAME with his kicking. Always goes missing when he’s needed & we must win.

When 50-50 calls are not going their way, people with his experience will be in reffs face all night asking and demanding explanations. Adam would never do that.
Wonder what he’s so scared of.

We could do a whole lot better IF we have someone like CS9 as captain who don’t mind being a refs reff & want to win at any cost.

It’s clear as a day that this team would do a whole lot better with someone who has got mongrel leading them.

This L hurts more now that Tits rolled Wahs.

His experience seemingly isn’t counting for much right now, so it doesn’t really matter for mine.

Keep him for his presumed ability to coach Coby, but otherwise, you could probably throw Rogers in and we wouldn’t be any worse

Reyno wasn't the reason we lost . We were just cycling through the motions waiting for Parra to fold .
No real pressure with line speed no physicality or pressure on Moses.
Just a generic game plan with mediocre application.
Moses made 8 tackles and missed 6 but we didn't go looking for him and make him work.
We let him play in a dinner suit .

He may not be the reason we lost, but he’s part of the reason we aren’t winning these sort of games
