But that penalty for a great tackle simply because the Storm player lost it while getting smashed meant the Storm were in attacking position when they shouldn't have been.

It was a disgraceful call on the penalty try simply because it isn't normally given. Those sorts of decisions should be given more often, it will stop players doing things like what Mitchell did.

Give a penalty try for that interference AND a sin-bin and it will disappear from the game very quickly.
