There goes the argument using stats to say we play better without Hodges.

Hodges, Hunt and Barba in the spine is full of class and unpredictability. I'm never confident against Melbourne but if we put 50 on tonight then our confidence will be through the roof which will be needed.

The best thing about Hodges at fullback is his much more selective about his involvement, in the centres you get the feeling he feels he has to be there every play trying to make the big break or play, from fullback his able to be much more selective, problem is it's probably too late now and with Milford here next year I can't see Hodges staying there.

Hodges is a much better ball player than Milford, actually probably our best. It's a tough one for next year but it's never a bad thing to have too many class players to choose from.
