We need both Mariner and Staggs to play well as that left edge of Storm as demonstrated last week can leak some points, especially when Nelson comes on.

Defence wise whoever is halfback needs to be all over Paps when he shifts to our right edge early. No falling for his dummies, no letting him step on your inside, no letting him burn you on your outside, and no jamming in from Riki or Staggs. Just shut him down early and block his grubbers with your boot. Easy right?

Oh and don't overcomplicate the Xavier issue, just get in front of him and compete for the ball head on, be rough and ready to hurt.

Seve won't be seen in a storm jumper again after last week so you can scratch that off... probably Bradley as well.

Would imagine their centres will be Meaney and Anderson... although I've not seen anything of Howarth so given it's a broncos game you can almost guarantee that he'll return from whatever injury he had.

So their outside backs will be full strength for just about the first time this year.

2. Coates
3. Howarth
4. Meaney
5. Warbrick

Meaney is still a target for defence, which is Shiba's side

NAS will almost certainly play... Bellamy likely doesnt give a shit if he'll play finals or not so he'll be on a mission to injure as many as possible and completely grub everything up.

**** it just take Xavier's legs out... only way the game will change rules is if broncos do something

Bellamy has said in the past that resting players in the final round has cost him a premiership so I think he feels it's better to have momentum going into the finals.
Next minute paps breaks a leg and Munster does an ACL.

I couldn't care less if they rest or not. I actually hope they don't because if we can beat them with this side with our outs, it will give so much belief heading into finals. If we lose, oh well, nothing new there.
Grant is a massive out for them.

Leading into the Dolphins game I was antsy on a Tuesday afternoon waiting for the team list to see what we would look like.

Now I am doing the same, but rather to see what the Storm will look like.

The worst part is that Melbourne are so secretive (and can't sell an article because they are so auraless) that nothing is leaked because no one cares to shows up to their training to just watch and ask them haha

Shiba dropped! Mariner to centre, Arthars to wing.
Wow! He's been off form recently (particularly in defence), but that's still a big call - especially since Mariner has been great on the wing and Arthars sucked out there in his last game for us.

Breach of team standards apparently. I guess he was late to something
