Big problem i guess with our halves is when you demand a performance from them like Kevvie has and saying they will be dropped if they dont perform they start trying too hard and trying to do too much instead of just leading the team around and playing it simple. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesnt.

Kev fucked up big time putting so much pressure on Milf publicly and completely contradicted what he was saying in the preseason about thee key to unlocking Milf is backing him and giving him confidence. Kev has completely destroyed Milf’s confidence and exactly as I predicted milf is trying too hard.

It’s only round 3 and Kev has completely mismanaged his half situation, after originally seeming like he had all the right ideas.

It cant get any worse, i just dont know how Kevvie will fix it if Dearden makes no impact when he has already basically said to Croft and Milf they have to perform or else. Until we get a halves and a hooker who can dictate play we are going to struggle. Its not like our halves dont have ability, they just dont seem to be able to play anywhere near their potential. They are damned because they are shit, we need winners or atleast any halves who will put in. If any coach demands performance after years of blandness and they fail then so be it.

Milf didn’t ask for a million dollars. Some one in an air-conditioned office said he was worth that price and expected the coaching staff to see a return on that investment. Miflord is not good enough; but reminding him of his bank account isn’t going to fix that.
