Registrations are now open for the team and I want to put it in ASAP!
Details:
Season kicks off September 22, 2008.
13 week season + Finals. (break over Christmas)
Venue: Hickey Park, Babarra St, Stafford (it's Wilston-Grange AFL club home ground)
Grade: Mens D grade (lowest grade)
Women welcome? Yes! It's non contact so it won't be too rough! We won't have enough women to justify a mixed team though.
I want commitment from at least 12 players.
Costs per player:
Team Fee: $85 (works out $6.50 a game in the end)
Insurance Rego: $20 (covers you for 5 years)
Shorts (if required): $20
If you want to play:
1. PM me and state if you need Oztag shorts and what your pants size is (eg 82, 87, 92, 97 etc).
2. I will reply with bank details and how much you need to pay
3. Will need team payment by 31st August, shorts payment by September 14 (or I can tell you when/where to go to get shorts).
4. Insurance Rego can be paid on first round game night directly to the organisers
If you want to play occasionally:
PM me. There will be a per game fee (TBA, not more than $10).
Uniforms will be arranged by me, and will be "loaners" for the season, but the option will also be given to buy the shirt if so desired. (Cost TBA, but likely around $20).
If I get more than 12 players then I will refund the extra team fees.
If I don't have 10 players committed by August 31 I will cancel the registration and refund money to anyone who paid. If I don't pay the team registration fee by September 1 our team is invalid! And I'm not leaving myself out of pocket.
