So in the head to head stakes (mmm steak):

1. Walsh - Broncos (this says kind of how bad Hammer is also going that Walsh in his current state beats him out)
2. Cobbo - Broncos
3. Staggs - Broncos
4. Farnworth - Dolphins
5. Isaako - Dolphins
6. Hunt - Broncos
7. Reynolds - Broncos
8. Carrigan - Broncos
9. Marshall-King - Dolphins
10. Haas - Broncos
11. Finefeuiaki - Dolphins
12. Plath - Dolphins
13. Gilbert - Dolphins

14. Walters - Broncos
15. Willison - Broncos
16. Nicholls - Dolphins
17. Stone - Dolphins

9-8 Broncos, it will likely be closer than the form guide suggests unless we wake up from the start which we haven't done so far at all this season. Fortunately, The fade pretty quickly and we have been coming home pretty strong so if we can keep it close early, we should run away with it in the end.

I'm taking Arthurs over Isaako every day of the week.

Mozer has been out for weeks and half the preseason ... He'll be coming back in the QLD Cup.

And I have no doubt that like Mariner and Piakura, Madge will make him earn his position, it won't be handed to him on a silver platter
Was the notion not that Mozer was the leading 9 convincingly a week or two before the trials?

Look he isn’t established enough to come back in post an injury like that but he is definitely good enough and definitely earned for the majority of the pre-season the right that if he plays well in his return game or two in cup that he gets back in the team.

Dolphins were pretty good last week in the first half, looked like they were going to sort out the Tigers.

We probably need to start well.

They got a bit of help from the refs... once that dried up tigers were able to come back at them

It's tempting, especially if you take the last few weeks in isolation. Over the last 2 seasons, a prolific try-scorer who also kicks goals really well, will objectively get the edge every single time.

I'm more worried about the officiating than the Dolphins.
The refs have had a dismal start to the year, bunker included.
Yep they will have a mandate to keep this close... hopefully our fitness holds out and we can be efficient when we do get a chance.

Need to win this with high completion rate, Patty and Payne dominating the middle and Reynolds kicking game.

Would also like to see a real uptick in energy from the bench middles as well, feel like they've been a little slow to start the year.

They've only been needed for sub 40mins so far, so they should be able to front load their energy to dominate the opposition bench, but I've not been hugely impressed compared to what we know X and Jensen can bring.

Jensen has been closer to his ceiling .
Harvey looks like he`s coasting an attack . Keeping it simple .
Yeah I think X has dialed it back a little bit because of the errors and penalties in his first two games.

Hopefully he's just easing himself into the season and he'll be terrorising them again soon.

He should be a huge point of difference for us coming off the bench.

Teams just should not be able to match up against our middles starting and off the bench.

IT'S GAMEDAY!

Papa and Horse Burger showed how it can be done .
Dolphins have been ordinary through the middle recently . Broncos should dominate .
Excited for the contest in a few match ups . Paix vs JMK , Katoa vs Reynolds Herbie Vs Kotoni and Hammer vs Reece .
