Barba had an encouraging comeback game, was safe under the high ball, was willing to put his body on the line and came up with a try at the death. Great crowd, great atmosphere, great game.
 
Biggest Sydney crowd for a regular game since 1966.
 
Which is why it's being dubbed 'regular' Bman.
 
Carney injured his ankle, could be really serious and a huge blow for both the Sharks and NSW.
 
Which is probably also the reason why the Sharks are being outplayed by the dragqueens... :001_rolleyes:
 
Dragons win by 13. Carney injury not as bad as first though I believe. A big upset IMO.
 
Definitely a surprising result - I only had it on in the background but it just seemed like the Dragons desperation won them the two points.

As good as the Cronulla pack looks, it seems like they lack some real punch out-wide. I don't know why they persist with a total nuffy like Wright when they could be blooding a talent like Mills.
 
And Gardner played for the NSW Cup team too today, he's still got some speed and elusiveness.
