The new play the ball has changed when players can move forward. All their timings are out hence most penalties are for inside the 10

Man the Storm really get the rub of the green every game I watch and I have no idea why they are such ref darlings, they have done so much to continually bring the game into disrepute. It is almost like they constantly subconsciously apologise for penalising them for cheating the cap.

They are trying to keep Melbourne in it. Storm were offside a couple of rucks last set but no penalty, then as soon as they got the ball they get one for 10m.
