Plenty of effort and happy we didn't just give up right to the end, bombing those two tries though cost us. Can't help but feel we win this with Reynolds.

We are an incredibly dumb footy side. We bomb 2 tries and then kick for goal while 2 points ahead.

I can't believe Baker allowed a reserve grade halfback to run over top of him to concede a try. That deserves a month in reserve grade, it was truly disgusting to watch.

Very frustrating. Stupid penalties and some dumb decisions like taking the 2 points when winning by 2 cost us the game.

Baker should be the last person we pick. He sucks in attack and defence. But Martin Kennedy vibes.

Positives:
we put 32 points on the Storm with Walsh, Haas and Piakura out all game and losing Reynolds at half time.

Ben Te Kura ... this kid has arrived. he just proved he belongs at this level

Negatives:
our short fucking drop outs

stop with the short kick offs and short drop outs. it has to bloody stop. sailor once again is rocks and diamonds, the rocks really came through at the end there with that final kick that would have landed in the MCG. Staggs had his brain fade with a certain try on offer. So frustrating that we put so many points on and still can't win down there. ****!!

Sailor is serviceable as back up fullback, but he's far away from key spine player, now jock and sailor born proven no good use in the long run

Our own worst enemies. Carrigan, Jensen and Te Kura did well, but the rest of the forwards were none exsistant. Backs and halves looked decent in attack but clueless in defence. No organisation at the back, we have to go back to what we did well at the end of last year and defend as a unit. Too many dumb plays tonight.

We got smashed by a pretty poor Storm pack. Jensen and Carrigan tried to carry us. Baker is putrid, and Hunt was really poor defensively tonight without offering a threat with ball in hand.

On another note, I can't see how the storm improve over the course of the season. They're at full strength rn and teams will soon work out that inside outside play they put on with papi and the 2rf close to the line. Their D is atrocious and they aren't going to get Klein at home on a weekly basis.
