I reckon a coach should just exploit it. Put the bomb up on the last and allow your guys to hit the other bloke as hard as they could no holds barred. Penalty isn't going to cost you anything.

Maranta gets less impressive each game.

Impressed greatly by Gillett's awareness so far. He's back to his best in terms of reading the play in defence.

Our forward pack and our left side attack is class. Hodges is obviously quality. Norman is terrible, but he looks like Darren Lockyer compared to Wallace and Prince. They are useless. When is Hunt going to get a shot in the halves?

Also McCullough needs to spend as much time as possible practising passing off the ground, my god he's slow.

I have to ask the question about Prince, if he doesn't start improving why are persisting with him? Great that he can kick conversions, but his general kicking game has been pisspoor, defensively his giving opposition an easy target and his done very little constructively in attack this season.

Bird deserves a week suspension for that. Been a good game, both teams getting through their sets and throwing the ball around. Should be a good second half ahead.
