Pity we don't have any set plays .... that would've been a nice time to throw one out there

What play could they possibly try against a set line 50m out?

They did much better than they had any right to.

Agreed, infact last season I bet they would have just hit it up and taken the tackle.

I have to ask the question about Prince, if he doesn't start improving why are persisting with him? Great that he can kick conversions, but his general kicking game has been ****poor, defensively his giving opposition an easy target and his done very little constructively in attack this season.
Exactly what I was thinking, the only real value he's had so far is one succesful conversion.

As usual, Hunt gives us some real speed out of dummyhalf.

Hannant and Macca are soooooooo s l o w .

Tell you who is slow is fucken Maranta !!

Bombed Normans early break ......plus the kick through from Norman later on.

He's got to go........can't wait til the soccer player is ready.

Geez mate I never thought I would say it but Norman is starting to impress, as for Maranta I think his good enough as a backup winger but we may need to look at other options, maybe time for Berryman or Kahu?

What was Maranta state sprint champion of? 100m paralympic sprint?

Boys look a little sluggish for me. Parker is rolling his sleeves up but isn't making much of an impression on the set line - his second phase has been handy though. Don't think he's getting enough support though and I think we're going to the flat runner at the wrong time - too often the likes of Hannant & Lui have to stop and prop before succumbing to the tackle.

That was to be expected.

Second phase play is working wonders for us at the moment. Norman is creating a bit of havoc out there but has the tendancy to take the wrong option. His work at the back has been exploited a bit tonight, WTF was with his effort on the Kelly try?

Prince and Wallace once again are letting us down. Both need to direct the team a bit more, need to give the forwards good lines to run, especially the likes of Gillett who are all about the foot work.

Interested to see how Slyney & Hala will be injected.

Deep down you know I'm right about Wallace .......and now you're seeing Norman as I do.

Next agenda is the get rid of McCullough push. :winky:

I'd like to see Hodges and Gillett run onto the ball a bit more, actually hit some holes. They keep getting it flat footed. But we should still concentrate on the left more, it looks more dangerous and Hoffman is just deadly.

Turn it up Pete !!!

What was he going to do ....turn and sprint and beat Kelly to the line? Please...!!

If you want to blame anyone for Kelly's try, start looking in our numpty red headed half's direction.....

I've missed most of the first half. Also, I'm drunk.

Just win, FFS. I'll watch the replay in the morning.

Once again he was too deep so Kelly had all the momentum in the run and then he didn't even bother - soft effort any way you want to spin it.

Kelly beat Wallace and Glenn in the leadup to his try,

He should've been stopped easily before he got to Norman.

I'm not solely blaming him, but gee he deserves a share of the blame as well.

Fancy Norman deciding to play well after signing with Parra. Gee Hoffman is good on the wing.

Hoffman is great on the wing
