Unless you're playing against the Broncos, it usually is.

That's pretty rough, you would have a hard time making an argument that he wasn't just finishing his stride. Refs dont seem to care about tripping anyway, do they Luke Bailey?

I think you're probably right about that being a deliberate trip. Thurston seems to over extend that one stride, and it's a few steps after he kicked.
