Me too. I miss it so much. Tremendous attitude. Killer instinct. Refusing to give up or lose. We are nowhere near that type of attitude at the moment unfortunately.

As much as I would like to see personnel changes, unless those changes improved the Broncos defence, it would be like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. The problem with Seibold's approach is that he focus' on individuals instead of worrying about the team. Under Seibold, the Broncos are making more efforts to blitz the attack, but they're coming up with more inconsistent results. With Bennett's approach, the defence may have been passive, but they always valued their defensive structure over the risk and reward of big hits.

I thought Bennett's biggest problem at the Broncos is that he was never able to build on the defence. Once other teams spent enough time studying the defence, they were able to pick apart their flaws and began to exploit them with consumate ease. A change needed to be made, it's just a matter of whether Seibold can find the right fit.

Bennett has changed the way Souths defend, so it's going to take time for teams to understand their weaknesses. It wouldn't surprise me if their defence regresses over time.
