playing off the bench i cant imagine him doing the same work rate. but yeah the work ethic and not a wasted space will be good. hopefully he can be on for about 45-50 mins.

Off the bench? I think Gillett will drop off again with Parker back to 80 minutes, his workrate is very important and Gillett will have more impact off the bench than Parker will.
